Operation and Maintenance Manager

Role & responsibilities :-

• Oversee the maintenance of all cinema facilities, including Projection, Sound System, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, carpeting, seating arrangement, fire protection and other maintenance system.
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance executive, team leader and technicians, out source agencies team, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to handle day-to-day maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and ensure that all equipment and facilities are in optimal working condition.
• Coordinate and supervise repairs and servicing of equipment as needed, ensuring that any disruptions to cinema operations are minimized.
• Ensure all compliance are available and up to date.
• Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary spare and consumables are available for timely repairs and servicing.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs, maintenance services, and equipment procurement. Ensure all AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) are performed on time and maintain all checklists and SOPs.
• Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions for repairs and maintenance without compromising on quality.
• Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance activities, equipment status, and any incidents or issues that arise.
