Workshop Manager

Role & responsibilities • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service workshop.

• Ensure timely and high-quality servicing and repairs of two-wheelers.
• Supervise and train technicians and mechanics to improve efficiency.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and service quality standards.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales team for pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and warranty claims.
• • Monitor workshop performance, service revenue, and cost control measures.

Preferred candidate profile • Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented approach with good communication skills.
• Ability to manage service records and ensure proper documentation.
• Knowledge of warranty policies, insurance claims, and industry regulations.
• Experience in handling service campaigns and customer retention programs.
