Executive - IT (Lighthouse ERP Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lighthouse ERP Implementation & Support:
   
• Support the implementation of Lighthouse ERP within the organization.
• Provide ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of Lighthouse ERP modules including but not limited to production, inventory, procurement, sales, and finance.
• Ensure system integration between different departments to streamline business processes.
2. ERP Customization & Configuration:
   
• Customize and configure ERP modules based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with the company's operational workflows.
• Regularly review system configurations to ensure they align with business goals and industry best practices.
3. User Training & Support:
   
• Provide training to end-users on various modules of Lighthouse ERP to ensure they effectively utilize the system.
• Offer first-level support for troubleshooting ERP-related issues and escalate to relevant teams when necessary.
• Develop user manuals, guides, and FAQs for internal reference.
4. Data Management & Reporting:
   
• Ensure data integrity within the ERP system, including accurate and up-to-date information related to inventory, production, and financials.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide management with actionable insights for decision-making.
• Support data migration and system upgrades as needed.
5. System Performance & Troubleshooting:
   
• Monitor the overall performance of the ERP system, proactively identifying and resolving performance issues.
• Collaborate with external vendors and ERP support teams to resolve critical system issues.
6. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
   
• Work closely with production, finance, procurement, and logistics and other departments to gather requirements and recommend ERP-based solutions.
• Ensure ERP solutions meet the needs of the iron and steel production processes, including managing large-scale operations, batch processing, and materials management.
7. Compliance & Security:
   
• Ensure that the ERP system adheres to the company's data security policies, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with relevant industry regulations.
• Regularly update system access and security features to safeguard sensitive business information.
8. Continuous Improvement:
   
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements for ERP system processes to increase operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest Lighthouse ERP releases and industry trends to ensure the system remains competitive and effective.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
  
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Professional Experience:
  
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Lighthouse ERP, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a focus on the iron and steel industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes in the iron and steel industry.
• Previous experience with system implementation, integration, and troubleshooting in ERP environments.

• Technical Skills:
  
• Proficiency in Lighthouse ERP modules (e.g., HR, finance, production, procurement, inventory management).
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with data migration, backup processes, and system upgrades.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the iron and steel manufacturing industry, specifically in areas like production tracking, quality control, and raw material management.
• Certification in ERP systems or project management (e.g., PMP, ERP certifications).
