Overview Of The Project:
- As the Marketplace Category Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and success of our Sugarfit portfolio across various online marketplace platforms.
- Your strategic mindset and analytical skills will drive sales, optimize product listings, and ensure we remain competitive in the digital marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and maximize sales on platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, JioMart, and Quick Commerce.
- Product Management: Oversee the product catalog, ensuring that listings are accurate, optimized for search, and visually appealing.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Promotions and Revenue planning: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including pricing strategies, discounts, and advertising to boost visibility and sales.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock levels and manage inventory efficiently across all platforms.
- Customer Feedback: Monitor customer reviews and feedback to continuously improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with platform account managers to ensure optimal support and collaboration.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness to senior management.
- User Acquisition & Retention: Drive new user acquisition and optimize user retention strategies to grow the customer base.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in managing and scaling D2C brands on major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Quick Commerce.
- Proven track record of driving significant growth and achieving sales targets on Vendor and Seller Hubs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with promotional planning and execution.
- Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools and platforms.
- MBA preferred, but not mandatory.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in scaling D2C brands on Amazon, Flipkart, Bigbasket, and other major platforms.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and consumer behavior.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
