Job Description
Network (LAN/Wireless) Device Installation & Troubleshooting.Knowledge on OS's like (Win7,10, Win Server 2012/16, Linux).
Identifying hardware and software solutions.
Testing systems to make sure that they are working properly.
Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
Providing technical support on site or over the phone or emails.
Troubleshooting different hardware issues related to hardware, software or networking.
Maintaining & Repairing the Computers.
Installing Software and Hardware.
Knowledge of network technologies i.e. VLAN, Switching, Routing, WAN, LAN.
Required Candidate profileMin Exp : 2 yrs
