Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
  
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  
• Meet performance targets set by the company for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, etc.
• Candidate should be versant 5 in English Communication
