Chartered Accountant

Responsibilities :

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Provide insights and recommendations for financial performance improvement.

2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with various financial regulations and reporting requirements imposed by regulatory bodies like the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or SEBI. Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations.

3. Tax Planning and Compliance: Manage tax planning and compliance activities, including income tax, TDS, GST, and other applicable taxes. Optimize the company's tax liabilities within the legal framework.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Provide guidance on financial decision-making based on these projections.

5. Financial Due Diligence: Conduct financial due diligence for potential fund raise, or partnerships.

6. Book closure: Monthly book closure and reporting of MIS

7. Reconciliation: Loan, GST, TDS and other reconciliation

8. Compliance with Accounting Standards: Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards in financial reporting and accounting practices.

9. Accounting and data entry: Should have sound knowledge of accounting and passing entries in tally

10. Filing of returns: Filing knowledge of TDS, GST, Income tax return, and other returns .

Qualification:

Academic

1. Should be a qualified Chartered Accountants with less than 3 years of experience .

Technical / Professional

1. Should have sound understanding of Accounting Standard, Companies Act, RBI, FEMA, MCA, SEBI and others
2. Should have strongly proficient in MS Office and Tally.

Required Skill Set (In case of IT requirements) :

1. Should have strongly proficient in MS Office .
