We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Manager to oversee the people, processes, and deliverables for our Talent Acquisition Cloud delivery team. This role is pivotal in managing cross-functional teams, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high standards in project delivery. The Delivery Manager will directly manage employees and work between various teams to drive seamless execution and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Team and Process Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of delivery team members, including creative, UI developers, project managers, media traders, and other roles that support delivery.
Implement and maintain business operations tools and processes to improve team productivity, capacity planning, and reporting efficiency.
Receives all projects requests, schedules resources and routes all materials through appropriate channels.
Maintains job database (workbook/Jira) for accurate analysis and reporting.
Ensure quality assurance standards are met for all deliverables.
Client Delivery Excellence:
The delivery team members will be part of the global organization supporting teams in Europe and United States. The manager role will ensure compliance with all global delivery standards.
Manage launch readiness and work-in-progress reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve delivery challenges and align outcomes with customer expectations.
Talent Development:
Partner with Global Delivery Leads to design and implement training programs focused on enhancing staff skillsets and staying updated on industry trends.
Play an active role in the hiring and onboarding of new team members to meet organizational growth needs.
Product and Service Expertise:
Develop a thorough understanding of all Talent Acquisition Cloud products and services to guide teams in delivering integrated and seamless solutions.
Advocate for best practices and innovation in aligning product capabilities with client requirements.
Lead initiatives to enhance workflows between development, creative, product engineering, customer enablement, customer support.
Act as a bridge across departments to foster communication and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years experience in delivery management, operations, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based software environments.
Proven track record of managing large cross-functional teams and driving successful project deliveries.
Strong analytical skills with experience in capacity planning, reporting, and quality assurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Knowledge of Talent Acquisition or HR technologies is a plus.
