Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and the GetX framework.

- Implement complex UI/UX designs and ensure seamless user interactions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on reusability and scalability.

- Develop and maintain reusable widgets and logic components.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior Flutter developers.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and development.

- Manage sprints and participate actively in all agile and scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement project requirements.

- Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical consultations, and lead presentations.

- Manage the end-to-end deployment process for iOS and Android applications.

- Implement and maintain local database solutions.

- Perform debugging and troubleshooting to resolve application issues.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Work within agile and scrum methodologies.

- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.

- Extensive experience with Flutter and the GetX framework.

- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.

- Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Experience with iOS and Android deployment processes.

- Experience with local database solutions.

- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to handle client communication.

- Experience with code reviews.

- Experience in Widget reusability.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with state management solutions beyond GetX.

- Experience with unit and integration testing.

- Knowledge of native mobile development (iOS or Android).
