Job Description
- Rabins Photography is looking for Photo Editor to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Image Editing: Edit, retouch, and enhance digital photographs using various photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other industry-standard tools
- Color Correction: Adjust and correct colors, contrast, brightness, and saturation to ensure the image matches the desired artistic vision or client specifications
- Image Manipulation: Perform advanced image manipulation techniques such as compositing, background removal, object removal/addition, and image stitching
- Image Restoration: Restore and repair old or damaged photographs by removing scratches, stains, and imperfections while preserving the original quality
- Image Selection: Evaluate and select the best images from a collection based on the project requirements, artistic direction, or client preferences
- Quality Control: Ensure the final images meet the organization's quality standards, technical specifications, and industry best practices
- File Management: Organize, categorize, and maintain a library of digital images to ensure easy accessibility and efficient workflow
- Collaboration: Collaborate with photographers, art directors, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver the desired visual outcomes
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in photo editing software and digital imaging technologies
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
