The accounts receivable follow-up team in a healthcare organization is responsible for looking after denied claims and reopening them to receive maximum reimbursement from the insurance companies.
Candidates Can Expect: Mentorship: Associates will be matched with a mentor for the entire program for training and career guidance. Networking: Throughout the program, associates will be provided opportunities for networking with peers, business leaders (including a Speaker Series), and R1colleagues (including shadow opportunities). Coaching and Feedback: Associates will receive ongoing coaching and feedback from the Launch Program Manager. Team Building: Associates will engage in team-building activities with business leaders, and R1 colleagues.
Qualifications:
Post -Graduate (MBA/PGDBM) in any discipline from a educational institute. Good problem solving skills Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Good communication Skills (both written verbal) Applicant should be willing to work from office and operate in Night shifts (6PM onwards)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, deliverable execution action plans. Stay abreast of the latest developments and advancements in healthcare and analytics to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Desirable: Knowledge of health care industry Prior BPO / ITES experience
