Job Description
Role Objective:
HIM SPOC will look through the patients medical chart and check if all the necessary medical documents of the patient related to his/her treatment are there and are complete in its entirety.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- To work with medical terminologies, EMRs, and different patient/chart types.
- Should analyze the outstanding credit balance for their respective clients and work on the refunds.
- Need to prepare the refund packages for the clients.
- Flexible to work with rotational shift/night shift
