Senior Software Engineer (Immediate / Early Joiner only)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage End to End development life cycle
• Proactive mindset towards task management, ownership and delivery
• Identify and prioritize tasks, anticipate blockers, and proactively address them to ensure smooth delivery.
• Participate in requirement gathering and analysis
• Well-experienced in managing the source control and handling/reviewing pull requests
• Collaborate with the team and initiate communication
• Maintain high-quality coding standards and do code reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Explore and evaluate new technologies to solve complex problems
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software
• Mentor and guide junior engineers

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development
• Minimum 2 years in development/implementation of a SaaS based Multi-tenant platform
• Proficiency in C#, .NET MVC, .NET Core, .NET Web API, HTML, XML, JSON, Entity Framework, Authorization/Authentication, MS SQL
• Experience with web application development, building SaaS based multi-tenant platforms and cloud platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Services and Azure based native applications
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, SOLID Principles, and design patterns
• Strong experience in managing the source control and handling/reviewing pull requests
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (SCRUM)
