Roles & Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and proofread content for various immigration and visa applications.
• Ensure visa letters are clear, concise, and comply with the specific requirements of different countries and visa types.
• Collaborate with immigration consultants to tailor letters to each clients case and improve their visa application success.
• Lead and manage a team of writers, providing feedback and guidance.
• Review and ensure the quality of content as per the applications requirement.
• Collaborate with other departments to align content with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in immigration policies and ensures content reflects accurate, up-to-date information.
• Ability to perform research related to visa formats and requirements of different countries
• Must be able to assess client documentation and ensure file is submitted with suitable/required documents.
