Executive - Architect

As an Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into innovative and functional designs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and overseeing projects from concept to completion. Your ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability will be essential in delivering high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop architectural designs based on client briefs, site conditions, and project objectives.Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, interior designers, and other stakeholders to create integrated design solutions.

Participate in design presentations and effectively communicate design concepts to clients and team members.Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, gather data, and ensure design feasibility.Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.Lead or contribute to design charrettes, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews to foster creative collaboration within the team.
