Assist in preparing financial statements (balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, cash flow statements) in accordance with Indian GAAP or IFRS standards.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure accurate accounting entries, including reconciliations of general ledgers, bank statements, etc.
Taxation:
Assist in the preparation of tax filings (GST, Income Tax, TDS) and returns.
Support tax audits and assist in the review of tax calculations.
Monitor and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Audit:
Participate in internal and external audit activities, including documentation and preparation.
Assist in the coordination of audits and act as the liaison with external auditors.
Support the preparation of audit reports and identify areas for process improvement.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct variance analysis and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Prepare reports on financial performance, identify trends, and assist in decision-making.
Help monitor and control expenditures within the organization.
Management Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of management reports, presentations, and performance reviews.
Provide support to senior management in preparing financial forecasts and budgets.
Compliance & Regulatory:
Ensure compliance with corporate governance, accounting policies, and statutory regulations.
Keep updated with changes in accounting and tax regulations, and help implement changes where necessary.
