We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Transition Manager to join our dynamic team in Noida.
This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of transition projects while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
Role Overview:
- As a Transition Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end transition management processes for our US region clients.
- The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in BPO, KPO, or RPO sectors, along with expertise in project management and risk mitigation.
- You will work closely with stakeholders, ensuring seamless service delivery, while also identifying and driving opportunities for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Transition Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive transition plans aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor the progress of transitions and ensure adherence to set milestones and schedules.
- Ensure smooth handovers during the transition period with minimal impact on business operations.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and challenges during transitions.
- Proactively escalate issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate project risks to ensure timely resolution.
Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, regarding project progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver status reports and project updates to stakeholders at all levels.
Project Documentation and Compliance:
- Create, maintain, and secure sign-offs for all project-related documents, including transition plans, risk assessments, and compliance reports.
- Ensure all project documentation aligns with industry standards and best practices.
Sales and Solution Support:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to provide insights for RFPs and solution designs.
- Act as a subject matter expert to identify and design transition solutions that address client needs effectively.
Process Transformation and Innovation:
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes through automation and innovative solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring a focus on operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in BPO, KPO, or RPO sectors with a strong background in managing transitions.
Certifications: Professional certifications such as Prince2 or PMI are mandatory.
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and client expectations effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
