We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive with comprehensive knowledge of accounts receivable processes, particularly for self-bill clients.

The ideal candidate will manage individual responsibilities and client interactions independently, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.

Role and Responsibilities:

Posting cash of Debtors and Bank Reconciliation.

Posting Sales invoices and other adjustments in the accounting software.

Preparing Reports of Unallocated cash receipts and submitting to Client.

Liaise with client for daily updates.

Must haves:

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Familiarity with MS Outlook and MS Office.

• Excellent MS Excel skills.

• Should be looking for a long-term position with QX.
