Type rated on aircraft operated by Quikjet meeting the currency and recent requirements of the DGCA
To operate Quikjet Aircraft as the Commander/Pilot-in-Command of the aircraft as detailed.
She/he has the authority to discharge all his statutory and Company responsibilities for the operation, the disposition and safety of the aircraft and the safety of all persons/cargo on board.
Carry out the duties and responsibilities as under and also as may be specified by the Company from time to time.
The duties and responsibilities enumerated hereunder are not exclusive to other duties /responsibilities detailed in the Ops Manual Part A or as may be specified by the Company /DGCA from time to time or as is detailed in the individual appointment letter/contract.

Each and every Quikjet employee is to be cost-conscious and need to align their efforts towards ensuring that cost are kept to a minimum, commensurate with their position/job-function but without compromising the fundamental objectives as outlined in Para 3 above.
Discharge the duties of Commander, when operating Quikjet flight in accordance with the responsibilities enumerated in the Quikjet Ops Manual.
Maintain the closest cooperation and coordination with the various departments and/or agencies involved in the Operations of the flight to achieve the Company defined operational performances KPIs for the individual , departments and the Company; like, On-Time Performance, Fuel conservation, Training, roster compliance etc.
Carry out flight duties diligently as detailed in the various operational manuals/documents (OM Part A , B , C D , FCOM, QRH, FDM, OCC Manual etc) and also in compliance to all relevant Quikjet policies and DGCA regulations circulars.
Be familiar with relevant Indian and International air legislation and agreed Aviation practices and procedures.
Have good familiarity with :
Operational documents such as Flight Dispatch Manual etc
Operational software, and
Crew portal access and communication process
As the commander of the aircraft, when operating the flight ensure a proper control and upkeep in totality of all documents Regulatory, Reference, pre-flight and post flight ; like, Ops Manual, MEL, AFM, FCOM, Tech-Log, Route manuals/chart - Jeppesen , Trip-Kit , Pilot Sector Report etc. And, ensuring that where ever required the entries are correctly and legibly filled.
Bring to the notice of the Chief Pilot/ Head Flt Ops/ Head Flight Safety any issue which concerns the safety of aircraft and /or efficient functioning of the Flight Ops processes.
Be well conversant with HR policy specifically pertaining to her/his employment, management of Company assets, communication policy, personal conduct and discipline.
Adhere to Company s policies in letter and spirit.
Ensuring that work is carried out in a safe manner by appropriately trained and competent staff.
Familiarising themselves with the information available in respect of hazards, equipment s, procedures and processes relevant to their tasks.
Provide a work environment in which hazards are adequately controlled when elimination is not feasible.
Promoting the Company's Safety Management, Quality and HSE Policies.
Ensure all line pilots intervene to prevent unsafe conditions developing.
Reporting potential hazards.
Reporting incidents, accidents and near misses.
Being aware of human factors and human factor limitations.
Familiarising themselves with the Safety Management System.
