Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their main point of contact for all post-sales activities, this involved travelling to customer s location and meeting them in-person.
  • Understand the customer s business goals and develop strategies to help them achieve success with our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns the customer may have.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to gather feedback to improve our products and services.
  • Analyse customer data and provide insights to help them optimize their use of our products.
  • Develop and deliver customer training and onboarding to ensure customers are able to use our products effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our customers are receiving the best possible experience.
  • Willing to work in night shifts as well (as and when required).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently(Self Starter) and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with SaaS-based products is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer success.
