Role & responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage POSPs to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
- Monitor and evaluate POSP performance, providing feedback and support

- Generate regular reports to track progress
- Achieve targets set by management
Preferred candidate profile
- 2+ years of experience in the Health/Life Insurance Agency channel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the agency vertical in Health Insurance
