As an HR Operations Supervisor, you will directly impact our success by assisting in creating, driving and managing our People operations processes and programs. You will be an integral driver of the employee experience, helping align our people strategy with our business strategy through the use of systems and automation improving the overall experience. You will partner with members of the HR EX team and other cross functional teams as key co-creators of the employee experience and ensure People Operations Leader; you will be in a highly visible and impactful role within the organization while growing your career within HR.
You will:
Drive the co-creation of a service center model using technology, leaning into the use of AI while partnering with the COE site lead, Global People Operations, IT and others to improve the employee experience at Quickbase helping to create simplicity and clarity on how to do business as an employee of Quickbase
Assist in the employee experience through continuous process improvements and programs such as automating employee onboarding, offboarding, annual performance/compensation and other employee lifecycle experiences
Collaborate and manage the HRIS systems administrator role
Own the global employee data residing in the HRIS tools including but not limited to Paylocity, HR Quickbase applications, compensation and other tools to ensure that we always have the most up-to-date people information available
Assist in the support of employee engagement programs such as recognition, engagement surveys and programs related to DEI through Glint and other HR applications
Support cyclical process such as annual employee reviews, check-ins, stay interviews
Proactively identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies (using data) to improve the employee experience and inform critical people decisions
Generate sensitive reporting and provide insight through data in support of our people programs when requested and in the absence of the HRIS systems administrator
Ideally you ll have:
5+ years of experience in human resources, operations and process improvement [GE1] [BM2]
Proven ability to identify areas of improvement and drive change
Analytical lean with ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insight and influence decisions
Attention to detail and discretion when working with confidential data
