REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

• *Experience with website development in the field of eCommerce/recruitment
• *Should be able to build Scalable Tech architecture
• *Hands-on full-stack development experience with startup
• *Strong data analytics platform
• *Strong hold in backend development and match making algorithms
• *Work with business and operation teams to understand and influence product vision and requirements
• *Previous experience of product design in job portal or talent pool startups will be preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

• * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• * 2-8 years of relevant experience
