Job Description
- Source and attract candidates by utilizing various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential matches.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive , HR Manager , or similar role.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .
- Good knowledge of labor legislation , including employment contracts, leaves, and insurance.
- Demonstrable leadership abilities .
- Solid communication skills .
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Management
