Role Description: Business Manager
Summary: An opportunity to make a difference, enable the businesses directly to meet their aspirations. The role is called Business Manager.
As Business Manager, you work with an established account/business unit at Quest Global, enabling sales and delivery organization aligned to the business objectives. You will be the catalyst priming, managing account related activities both inward (within the organization), outward (external activities) focused. In this role you will be working with a global workforce.
Role/Job Description
- Lead the sales operational efforts within the account
- Manage and Oversee the Account Rhythm Activities
- Manage and Own Compliance to the Sales Process
- Analyze the Pipeline, Revenue, Costs and provide sensible reporting on what matters to drive decisions
- Support the salesforce on business campaigns, pitches and response to customer requests (RFI, Approach Notes, Whitepaper, Reports.)
- Oversee effective adoption of Salesforce, drive and manage business updates in salesforce
- Manage and Oversee Customer Visits
- Enable the Account Leadership in performance reporting, best practice sharing for leadership meetings and report outs
- Interface with enabler functions on business needs and initiatives - some examples
- Marketing /Branding Initiatives and Events
- Interface with Hiring Team on Recruitment for critical positions
- IT on Customer Connectivity
- Customer Visit Management
- GBH Appreciation
Education Experience
- BachelorDegree Required
- Minimum of 3-5 years enterprise-wide experience in Sales roles Business Analyst, Sales Operation, Sales Enablement, Business Development Executive.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint especially) Requisite
- Exposure to Oracle Financial Modules, SDFC etc., Power BI Desirable

- Able to manager routine and Adhoc activities
- Good at time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility, Assertive asks questions pushes back for clarity
- Follow up ensures things are progressing keeps others informed
