Work Experience

Roles Responsibilities

Ability to designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using C++ with MFC (Microsoft Foundation Class) and COM (Component Object Model).
Participate in requirement analysis, design, coding and testing (manual as well as automation)
Take ownership of assigned jobs that are part of new feature implementations, bug fixes and enhancement activities.
Technical communication with internal / external stake holders and collaborate with global teams will be part of job.

Required Skills (Technical Competencies)

Strong programming skills in C++ with MFC
Minimum of 6 years of experience in design and implement software applications using C++ with MFC
Develop and maintain COM components and interfaces.
Deep knowledge in Object Oriented Programming concepts and experience in implementing the same using C++.
Strong experience in unit testing C++ applications
Strong experience in Agile development.
Technical communication with internal / external stake holders and collaborate with global teams will be part of job
Ability to lead/mentor teams of size up to 5
