Job Description
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) and OFW Information Management Manager define and implement an information management and document control process to control the approval, publication, transmission, storage, change, retention and disposal of controlled documents.
- Establish processes and procedures for the types of information, documents and records that are to be controlled documents and help maintain formal registers of these controlled documents.
- Review, support, and help provide ready and secure access to controlled documents, removing obsolete information and documentation from circulation.
- Support the standup of an OFW Information Management practice to create standardized procedures, processes, and documents for the Offshore Wind Organization.
Work Experience
Proven 10+ years of experience in Information or Data Management. Proven track record in managing Information Management systems and supporting the delivery of IM deliverables Demonstratable, extensive experience in coordinating with matrixed teams. Microsoft systems and software (SharePoint, Team, Excel, Word, etc.) Proven ability to establish cooperation and credibility in Information Management within multifunctional project teams. Excellent proficiency in English (written and verbal). Ensuring accuracy, focus on simplification and efficiency, delivering fit-for-purpose solutions. Ability to manage time effectively, especially with different time zones Ability to work independently and stay motivated without direct supervision. High self-motivation, initiative, and self-reliance. Strong, proven Stakeholder management, and collaboration. Comfortable reporting up to senior management 10+ years of experience in Information and Data Management. Proficient in Microsoft tools Engineering / Science degree or equivalent experience
