1. Instrumentation Engineers with Good knowledge in process controls like DCS, PLCS
2. Working Experience in O&G Industries & Projects
3. OT Security Risk Assessment in line with IEC 62443
4. Industrial control system protocols Patch Management, NMS back up & Recovery Management, develop Control Practices for Risk Mitigation
5. Security Information and Event Log Management (SIEM Tools)

Job Description

• Operation & Maintenance-Support regular operations and maintenance stewardship and reporting activities for ICSR systems (i.e., review operating procedures of plant based on the ICSR global procedures, practices to make sure global procedures are aligned with plant  operating procedure, perform access reviews and periodic verification for ICSE, perform access review based on LAN access management practices via Web BAR, listing and reporting of cyber KPIs)
• Third party services-support stewardship of controls for third party services (i.e., Document process or procedures for third party Access, maintain/verify controls pertaining to third party access and external connections, collaborate with ENC task-force, perform risk assessments for systems with ICSE External connections, complete controls catalog to meet ICSR requirements for external connections and ensure certification)
• Active directory (Windows Domain controller), Anti-virus (Trellis EPO, Symantec, TrendMicro, Crowd strike), Patch Management (WSUS, Manage Engine), Backup & Recovery Servers (Acronis, Symantec)
• Expertise in Standard Practices for  patch management, antivirus update, backup solution
• Network Segmentation & segregation, Password Management
• Conversant with Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery  Plan, Community Awareness and Emergency preparedness-management of vulnerability notifications with Oil Majors
