Location - Bangalore.
Experience - 9+yrs.
Qualification - Any graduate / PG.
Skills - UK Payroll.
Good to Have:
- Experience with HRMS/ERP systems like SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.
- Experience in compensation administration for global clients (UK, US, EMEA, APAC) is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws in multiple regions, maintaining adequate financial controls throughout the process.
- Coordinate with various departments for compensation activities and monitor the annual open enrollment process, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
- Perform market analysis, support compensation requirements, administer compensation policies and government regulations, evaluate proposals, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare reports according to government regulations, coordinate with managers to distribute personnel and payroll & HR process policies, and conduct regular surveys for third-party compensation plans.
- Manage the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Administer and evaluate payroll & HR processes programs, develop tools to assist employees with payroll programs, and supervise the development of classification systems in coordination with managers.
- Assist and train new and existing employees on payroll & HR processes programs, review and recommend improvements to payroll & HR processes policies, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Monitor employee payroll & HR processes plans for health and spending accounts, evaluate and perform monthly billing statements, and maintain confidentiality of enrollment reports.
- Ensure that payroll-related processes are processed accurately and timely.
