Mission:

Manage Distribution domain information systems (retail solution based on Navision and its ecosystem) to support a global franchise network.

Lead and oversee design, build, integration, and maintenance of information systems.

Guide a cross-functional team comprising Functional & Technical Architects, Analysts, Developers, and Support professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation (Business Central/Navision preferred).

- Oversee solution deployment, customer requirements, and project portfolio.

- Drive Order-to-Cash (O2C) & Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) implementation in ERP.

- Manage roadmap, budgeting, resource planning, and forecasting.

- Define strategies for legacy application maintenance.

- Handle stakeholder management, risk assessment, and vendor coordination.

- Ensure continuous improvement and team performance optimization.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementation.

- Expertise in Distribution Management System Implementation.

- Strong knowledge of O2C & P2P processes in Business Central/Navision.

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and team performance management.

- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
