Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in-office)
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions across contract, permanent, and domestic staffing requirements.
• Source candidates using various channels including job portals, social media, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and follow up on feedback.
• Negotiate salary and other terms of employment with selected candidates.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, including expertise in contract and permanent staffing.
• In-depth knowledge of domestic staffing processes and market trends.
• Strong sourcing skills using tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office tools.
