Assistant Manager - Human Resource

Position Summary: We are in the process of expanding our team and are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resource who brings their existing expertise across the organization. What will you do at QIProactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networking sites, social media, and industry events. Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures. Consistently developing and enforcing HR procedures and policies. Handle payroll and other statutory compliances Manage employee performance evaluation and feedback processes Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Recommend benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtain and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs Conduct training sessions for employees on HR-related topics and company policies. Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive. Education: Master in HR/management What are we looking forPreferably an MBA with hands-on experience in recruitment, designing organization structure, and employee development at a corporate level. Excellent communication skills with around 3 to 6 years of experience. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Must have strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Be quick, resourceful, and flexible with work pressure and time Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
