Technical Content Writer - Finance & Algorithmic Trading

Position Summary:

QuantInsti is seeking to hire qualified candidates for the position in the research team of QuantInsti.

Responsibilities:

• Research on topics related to quant trading, including AI/ML, statistical arbitrage, momentum, mean-reversion, options trading and NLP, and applications of statistics and econometrics models
• Creating and publishing highly informative and application-based technical blogs or video tutorials on cutting-edge developments in the field of trading
• Enhancing the content and delivery (pedagogy) for the existing blog articles or video

tutorials

Education: Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering

Requirements:

• Excellent grasp of financial markets with some trading experience
• Superb communication skills to easily explain difficult concepts
• Teaching experience or online education experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience in trading and automation of trading strategies
• Python expertise
• Strong analytical and quantitative background

Other Aspects / Skills:

• Active on trader groups such as Reddit/discord is a plus
• Creating trading strategies excites you
• You love to write and read research papers
