Senior Quant Analyst - Product and Research

Responsibilities:

• * Build Algorithmic trading products in education and fintech for individual traders and financial institutions
• * Apply analytical and quantitative techniques to strategy and contribute to different teams: product, marketing, sales to improve efficiency and productivity
• * Understand pain and issues faced by the Algo trading industry across major markets and contribute in coming up with solutions
• * Take entrepreneurial positions to help achieve QuantInsti vision

• * 7-15 years of relevant experience in financial markets, trading, or quantitative research
• * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in:
• * Probability, statistics, and algorithms
• * Machine learning frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
• * The Python data science and machine learning stack
• * Solid understanding of data structures, and data modeling
• * Bachelor s or Master s degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, finance, or a related quantitative field from a reputed institution
• * Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for content creation

Preferred Requirements:

• * Prior experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Quant Researcher, or in a similar role
• * Proven ability to design and implement machine learning systems for real-world applications
• * Passion for continuous learning and innovative thinking
