Job Description
Sr. Engineer Automation (PLC & SCADA programming)
v Experience in PLC & SCADA programming and troubleshooting PLCs.
v Advanced knowledge of ladder logic programming, understanding of digital, analog, RTD, PLC, SCADA, PID, Protocols, Modbus, TCPIP etc.
v Experience with Allen- Bradley, Emerson, Schneider and Siemens system s.
v strong analytical and program developing skills, in-depth knowledge of instrumentation and process control systems.
v Prepare SCADA functional design specification, confirmation and interface requirements.
v Must be able to meet projects timeline and could travel to maintain and upgrade software and hardware.
v Collaborates with outside vendors in the designing of SCADA database to integrate various system with PLC and SCADA system.
v Develop logic for PLCs and field devices, compete detailed programming of PLC & SCADA using ladder logic, FBD, other sequences, SCADA screens & Logics.
v Trouble shooting PLC programs to resolve problems and ensure the functionally of systems.
v Detailed knowledge of firmware and upgrade process, install, test and debug systems.
v Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end users.
v Perform measurements and test equipment.
v Ability to program in multiple languages, including ladder logic, structured text and VB scripting
