QualityKiosk Technologies is hiring an Interns for our Resource Management Group,

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai.

Internship Duration: 3-4 Months.

Work Mode: Work From Office (Monday To Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Resource Coordination:
• Assist in maintaining a database of available resources.
• Support in mapping employees to suitable projects based on skill sets.

2. Skill Inventory Management:
• Update and track employees skill sets in the system.
• Help identify skill gaps and training needs.

3. Training and Upskilling Support:
• Coordinate training sessions and upskilling programs.
• Track training participation and completion.

4. Bench Management Assistance:
• Help in identifying opportunities for bench resources.
• Maintain records of employees waiting for project allocation.

5. Collaboration and Reporting:
• Work closely with HR and project teams for resource planning.
• Generate simple reports on resource availability and training progress.

Required Skills:
• MBA or Bachelors degree in business administration, HR, or any related field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn resource management concepts.
