Technical/ Functional :

1) Awareness about press panel quality defects and panel inspection method

2) Understanding of 2D drawing reading and panel scanning report reading

3) Panel accuracy on panel checker

4) Control repair and rejection (PDCA/5 WHY analysis)

Behavioral :

1). Good communication skills customer handling.

2). Disciplined must follow all the rules guidelines in the shop floor.

3). Ability to work as a team leader.
