Job Description
Educational Qualification: B.E/B.TECH (MECHANICAL ENGG/Automobile ENGG)
Work Experience (Years) in treasury activities: 2 to 7 Years
Job Responsibilities
a) Schedule based timely die trials of all parts
b) Schedule based static & dynamic die inspection & closure of observations
c) Schedule based Pallets & skids chekkai & closure of observations
d) Stage wise sheet appearance defect monitoring & closure (PP,MPT-1,MPT-2,PILOT & SOP stage)
e) Hinkai punching & monitoring of critical issues
f) Panel accuracy monitoring of all parts ( Target - 100%)
g) PPVT of all parts & closure of observations
h) No limit sample defects at SOP stage ( Shockline,deformation,waviness)
i) SQR observation monitoring & closure of observations
j) Latch hole monitoring to avoid paint crack issues ( All inner panels)
k) Door sclap fitment hole dimensions check ( critical dimensions for sclap locking issue)
l) 100% variant foolproofing of all variants in weld jig
m) Grid based panel thinning check to identify crack/neck issues
n) Draw die hardness checking to control dent issues
o) 100% scanning of all parts at SOP stage
p) Chrome plating of dies & inserts at SOP stage
q) Draw die material flow movement check outeside bead as per standard
s) Making of all relevant documents related to new model ( MOS I, MOS-M,MOS-Q,master data, MOS-P,WIS )
t) 3-Point verification of all parts & closure of observations
u) ECN data verification in actual parts & its closure
v) Checking fixture condition check
w) Smooth running of all parts at standard SPM
x) To do list preparation & MPPR approval at MPT,PILOT,SOP
Competencies / Skills
Technical/ Functional:
1) Awareness about press panel quality defects and panel inspection method
2) Understanding of 2D drawing reading and panel scanning report reading
3) Panel accuracy on panel checker
4) Undestanding of P-hinkai system
5) Understanding of 3- point verification
6) Die related knowledge
7) Customer shop process basic understanding
8) Awareness about GCA & PQC inspection system
Behavioral:
1). Good communication skills & customer handling.
2). Disciplined & must follow all the rules & guidelines in the shop floor.
3). Ability to work as a team leader.
