Role & responsibilities

• Manage implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures & systems pertaining to the quality assurance & regulatory function of the company.
• Responsible for documentation related to quality & safety system guidelines
• Responsible for maintaining the Companys internal audit program (including quality) and assess improvement initiatives resulting from all Audits – internal and external.
• Responsible to attend the customer complaints and need to submit CAPA for that issue.
• Responsible for achievement of QA & EHS objectives
• Responsible for training of all company personnel in the requirements, documentation and maintenance of the Quality & Safety System.
• Responsible to ensure Preventive Maintenance shall be carried out of equipment’s/assets as per defined Preventive Maintenance schedule.
• Responsible for monitoring of temperature in warehouse as per requirement.
• Ensure equipment’s available in warehouse are calibrated (Data logger for temperature & Weighing scale)
• Responsible for ensuring record keeping as per SOP: Control of Records
• Responsible for audits and closure of non-conformance.
