1. Experience in sheet metal or manufacturing & processes (2-10 Years).
2. Good Knowledge of Systems (Quality-ISO etc.)
3. Should be able to develop process & able to customize as per business needs.
4. Experience in Sheet metal, Pressing & Fabrication.
5. Should be able to Communicate well (Good Communication skills).
6. Salary 25k to 70k.

- Salary - Excellent
Compensation is excellent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes I have to work 12-13 hours in a day as I attend also customer complain but manager's do not value an individual's unique strengths.
