Quality Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Validation of circuit testing jig with master NG and OK Sample.
• Knowledge of preparation PFMEA , Process Audit
• Can create the boundary samples on basis of customer specific drawings
• Assist for inspection for MSA.
• Inspection knowledge through drawing.
• Handling knowledge of measuring instruments.
• Validation of final inspection board.
• Support for internal rejection data analysis (Collection and temporary action.)
• Ensure correct FIC prepared
• Support for ISO documentation
• Assist collection and preparation of evidence of countermeasure
• Prepare inspection report for SPC and provide the data for the study.
• Review support and updating of Control Plan and Process Quality Control sheet as per plan or requirement and department guidelines & maintaining 5S in deptt.
• Training to new manpower.
• Make new part FIC.\
• In-process quality supervision as per system
