Job Description
Industry Type: Medical Device Manufacturing
Qualification & Experience:
- Should be B.Tech in ECE with One years experience in QC of Medical devices, or
- Diploma in Electronics with three years experience
- Must be familiar with computer applications like MS word, Excel etc
- Must be dedicated and hardworking to achieve set targets.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Implementation of ISO 13485 Management System in the department.
- Functionally testing of machine at FQC level as per quality plan and quality reports.
- Inspection of machine during production (In-process QC) as per IPQC quality reports.
- Ensure segregation of conforming and non-conforming material during IPQC and FQC stages.
- Co-ordinate with Production to get IPQC and FQC defects rectified.
- Check the machine again thoroughly after any rework.
- Maintain record of Inspection at IPQC and FQC level.
- Implementation and monitoring of 5S in the organization.
- Ensure Proper packing of each system with accessories.
- Issue Quality Certificate for product release after FQC.
- Ensure proper ESD safety during in the process (Production) and FQC as applicable.
- Ensure proper Record of test equipment s calibration & schedule update.
- Prepare data for defects and rejections at IPQC and FQC stages for Analysis.
- Provide input or initiate CAPA where required.

- Should be Result oriented to achieve set targets
- Should have Good communication skills
- Should be disciplined and Punctual
