Quality Engineer

Role & responsibilities

To develop, modify, review quality checklist and quality plan. Standardization execution part [product wise - QAP, DQ, FAT, IQ, OQ & other checklist]

Ensuring DQ with respect to client P.O. & requirement specification & alignment of their deficiencies [if any] with project & client.

Products are built as per quality standards and Qualiy Approval Procedure is followed.

Active role in customer audits.

Ensure adherece to SOP's .

Compliance of statuatory and regulatory requirements.

approval of test certificates, instruction certificates, prior to dispatch.

Job file & folders is complete with all relevant data at the time of document dispatch.

Conduct of Pre FAT / FAT with clients and liquidation of FAT deviations.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must be equipped with Stainless steel fabrication like Pressure Vessel, Heat exchanger , API equipment.

Known with ASME standard , QAP Documentation.
