Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Test Design: Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for RPA products, covering functionality, performance, usability, and security.
• Testing Excellence: Lead manual and automated testing efforts to detect and resolve defects across diverse environments, ensuring robust and reliable RPA workflows.
• Automation Expertise: Hands-on or exposure advanced automated testing frameworks tailored to RPA processes, creating scalable and efficient testing solutions.
• Performance Engineering: Conduct performance and load testing to validate product scalability and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous learning while being a team player.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and customer success teams to maintain seamless communication and uphold product integrity.
• Continuous Improvement: Innovate and refine QA processes, tools, and methodologies, ensuring our testing capabilities remain ahead of the curve.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, cases, and results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

What You Bring:

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of QA experience, with a focus on automation and RPA testing.
• Technical Mastery:
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools (e. g. , Selenium, JUnit).
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Expertise in test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e. g. , Python, Java, C#).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner .
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD tools (Jenkins), and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Problem-Solving & Leadership:
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Keen to prove your ability in leading various QA efforts and mentor team members effectively.
