Designation : Quality Analyst (Voice Process).

Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Job Role and Responsibilities:-

• Quality assurance analysts will ensure that agents provide quality service in line with organizational objectives.
• Quality analysts will increase agents' efficiency through behaviour modification and enhance quality service to customers.
• Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
• Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to site management team.
• Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
• Performs monitors of customer care email responses.
• Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
• Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
• Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for call center staff.
• Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers.
• Prepares and analyses internal and external quality reports for management staff review.

Salary: 20,000 - 26,000/- per month + PF & ESIC + Yearly Bonus

Qualifications: Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate.

Experience: 1 to 7 years.

Age: 35 years or below that.

Language Proficiency: Good communication skills (English compulsory)

Must possess problem solving abilities and good interpersonal skills.
