Role: Quality Analyst
Core Skill: QA Manual + Automation
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Education: B.Tech
Location: Noida (onsite)
Mandatory Skill: Manual Testing, Automation Testing,(Playwright), Javascript, Mobile App Testing, Web App Testing
Work Days: Mon - Fri

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for manual testing.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools.
- Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact after changes.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback on software performance, usability, and reliability.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software quality assurance, both manual and automated testing.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript
- Experience with test automation tools - Playwright
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
- Exposure on Git
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
