Quality Analyst - Manual Testing (0-1 yrs)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Manual Tester with 0-1 years of experience to join our quality assurance (QA) team. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth functioning of software applications by identifying and reporting bugs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Execute manual test cases to identify defects, inconsistencies, and issues in software applications.

- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and test scenarios.

- Document test results, identify defects, and track them using bug tracking tools.

- Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing on web, mobile, or desktop applications.

- Ensure that software meets specified business and technical requirements.

- Participate in team meetings and provide input on improving the testing process.

- Create and maintain test documentation (test cases, test plans, reports).

Required Skills :

- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).

- Knowledge of different testing techniques (functional, usability, exploratory).

- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA or similar.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, or HTTP) is a plus.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

- 0-1 years of experience in manual software testing or relevant internships/projects.
