Job Title Senior Appointment Setting Expert / Senior Sales Development Representative (USA & EUROPE EXPERIENCE COMPULSORY)

Experience Atleast 3.5 years selling IT Services to US / European companies. Would prefer candidates from selling Data Annotation & Collection Services.

Location Kalyani Nagar, Pune (Work From Office Only)

Shift Timing 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST / 12 Noon to 9 PM IST / 6:00 PM to 3 AM IST (As per Campaign)

For the right candidate, I am open that part US shift is done at home.

Female candidates preferred.

Candidates could be anywhere In India but would be required to relocate immediately.

1st round could be a Video interview, but candidate will need to come to Pune for the final round.

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Senior Sales Development Representative + Appointment Setter role at Qualitas Global at Kalyani Nagar, Pune.

This Sales Development Representative (SDR) + Appointment Setter would be responsible for international outbound sales outreach, prospecting & lead qualifying right from the initial stages of a sales pipeline, including finding & initiating contact with potential customers & educating them about our services.

This candidate will generate leads, interact with potential customers, nurture qualified leads, set appointments for the CEO to close the sale.

Required Skills

  1. Strong understanding of SDR and lead development best practices and procedures.
  2. Proven business development success through effective use of research on multiple platforms including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, social media, online communities/forums & others.
  3. Expert in qualifying prospects & cold calling.
  4. Flawless English language skills, the ability to create a great first impression about the brand.
  5. Ability to run email campaigns as well as send out personalized emails & hold intelligent & engaging conversations over the phone & email.
  6. Be the Subject Matter Expert on our services. (Training would be provided).
  7. Previous experience in tracking & analysing key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the lead generation efforts & make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  8. Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals & key deliverables.
  9. Proven ability to perform successfully given low oversight. Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member.
  10. Drive, Grit, Hustle & a strong desire to compete & win while bringing new ideas into the company.
  11. Ability to visit conferences & exhibitions world-wide would be an additional advantage.

Non-Negotiable

  1. Single Female candidates with US accent or any gender from the Data Annotation Sales industry
  2. Great voice communication
  3. Understands western customs & accents
  4. Atleast 3.5 years of outbound Sales experience to US & Europe
  5. Has consistently closed deals or generated revenue over USD 40,000/- a month
  6. Good presentability & well-groomed for video calls
  7. Ability to understand western customs & accents.
  8. Reference in any previous company where they have closed a deal
