Onsight Visit to companies for packaging machines installation+ Trial and demo+ Machines repair+ Spares sales+ AMC visits

Key Responsibilities:

Installation: Perform installation and commissioning of equipment and systems at customer sites.
Maintenance: Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of equipment.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues on-site or remotely, minimizing downtime.
Customer Support: Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they can operate and maintain the equipment efficiently.
