Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Description:

The Revenue Cycle Analyst will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing revenue strategies by analyzing, interpreting, and implementing data-driven insights. This role plays a critical part in identifying opportunities, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring the alignment of sales, marketing, and operational teams with revenue goals. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting the business in maximizing revenue opportunities. This job is responsible for overseeing a customers RCMS contract, ensuring the smooth functioning of the revenue cycle across multiple business accounts, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. The ideal candidate should have advanced RCM knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and experience in resolving complex customer issues. They will collaborate with teams, lead billing operations, and report monthly performance.
